This course details what mental health is and how to improve mental health through creative writing via cathartic expression. The course has been designed to help build writing into your daily life to help cope with those who struggle with mental health issue. There will be a focus on time management and how to build writing into your daily routine. There is also a bonus module for those who struggle with financial management which also has an impact on mental health.
